What’s most notable and exciting is that gaming treasure troves like this still exist (none of this sort left where I am) and seem to be, or at least are hopefully doing well.

Finished! If there is enough interest in this, I will try to sell it as a print. Reblogs help very much! Thank you so much to everyone who enjoys my work!

Paper Okami Amaterasu by Richard Wong
Being the Goddess of the Sun means you can look good in any form, be it cel-shaded or papercrafted. Richard utilizes a bit of that divine magic in all his papersculpting, his Ammy and Chibi-Ammy made out of crumpled-up scrap paper for the underlying form, with more ornately-folded pieces bringing the wolf deity to gorgeous life.

listening to Reset and oh look, Ammy is on my dash ♥

I’ve started a little side project for fun and practice where I’m “reimagining” my favorite enemies from my favorite PS1 series of all-time, Spyro the Dragon.
This is a “flying monster” from Spyro: Year of the Dragon that appears in Enchanted Towers. Terrifying rows of razor-sharp teeth, and the least threatening eyes you could imagine.![]()
What a neat interpretation! My Dad has been playing through this game again recently [I gave him one of my Christmas gifts, a PS1 memory card, so he could play his PS1 games] and this is the game he’s currently playing through. I’ve been watching him play some of it, and wondering how the hell these monsters with their goofy as hell eye balls managed to scare the every living hell out of me when I was younger, haha.
